I used to setup Google apps standard edition to customers. I deleted a user 20 days before and still I am not able to create the same user. I Tried to create a group with the same ID, but it says the email ID already exists. Also tried to add Nick name and I got server error that time saying that “Server error We are unable to process your request at this time, please try again later”

According to the Google terms , it says that a deleted user account can be created again after 5 days. I searched this question on Google webmaster forums and it says that it is a system wide error. Several users reported the same error several times and it is going on now. I do not understand that why Google is not taking an action to fix this error. I really love Google and this is the first time I have come across with an unsolved problem From Google. There should be some simple steps to solve this ; But I do not understand that Google is not answering it.

It gives me a strong reason to think that Google is trying to force the people to use A Paid Edition of Google apps than this free Standard edition. Now, I think it is not a good option to advice Google Apps to customers as long as there is no support from Google

My Google webmaster Forum thread is at this URL http://www.google.co.in/support/forum/p/Google+Apps/thread?tid=2c84716715be6418&hl=en

Recently we have faced a Skye virus attack on a LAN. One of the users received a message

Do you think this is the definition of SEXY? I do.
http://www.xxxxxxxxxx.com/uploads/94603/NewPicture004.JPG.zip

Now the same message was started to send from this machine to all his skype contacts. Also sent email through email client. In a couple of minutes all systems were infected. We have done the following steps to fix it

1. Cleaned the hosts file
We have noticed that the hosts file located in c:\windows\sysetm32\drivers\etc\ was edited by the virus and it added many lines to the file at the very bottom. We scrolled down to the end and removed all unwanted entries. Remember this file is read only and you need to change the file attribute to save it.

2. Cleaned the System using ComboFix

Download this and run the file. Follow the instructions and complete the steps. In some cases you need to do with something on the Network Card. Go to Device manager and you will find two copies of the same network card. One with an Yellow color and other is normal. Now remove the Normal card and click on Scan for hardware changes and your card will be automatically installed. Note that you may also to set the IP address if you are using static IP address

3. complete System scan using a good Anti Virus

Use any good anti virus program to do a full system scan. I recommend Avast Antivirus and do a boot time scan with that

When starting httpd ( apache server ) it may ask a password to load the SSL certificate. And you may receive a message like given below

[root@server SSL]# /etc/init.d/httpd restart
Stopping httpd: [ OK ]
Starting httpd: Apache/2.2.11 mod_ssl/2.2.11 (Pass Phrase Dialog)
Some of your private key files are encrypted for security reasons.
In order to read them you have to provide the pass phrases.

Server www.example.com:443 (RSA)
Enter pass phrase:

—————————————-

When apache needs to load the ssl certificate it needs to read the private key and the crt file. In some case if you encrypted the private key , in order to read the key file you need to provide the password that you used while created the private key. If you wish to avoid this Pass Phrase Dialog you can decrypt the Key file in the following way.

PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF ORIGINAL KEY FILE

cp www.example.com.key www.example.com.key.BAK
openssl rsa -in www.example.com.key -out www.example.com.key

Now start apache server ( httpd service ) and this time you will not get the Pass Phrase Dialog

Note : This guide is for Admins only , who is going to install Zend for the first time

Here I simply describe about how to install Zend framework and create a sample project

My server is running on Fedora 9, PHP5

Step 1:

Download the Zend framework (MINIMAL PACKAGE). I have downloaded http://downloads.zend.com/framework/1.10.0/ZendFramework-1.10.0-minimal.tar.gz

Step2: Extract the package

Step3: Create Sample Project using Zend

Go to the any web directory say, /var/www/html/test

Now call the zf.sh file in the bin folder of zend framework to create new project

In my case I extracted the zend framework in /var/ww/html/zend-framework

So I called the zf.sh file as follows

/var/www/html/zend-framework/bin/zf.sh create project zendtest

Now a project called called “ zendtest “ has been created in the current directory. This project will have four Sub folders.

Now we need to include the Libraries in the zend framework in our new project. To do that, just copy the folder called Zend from the library folder of our zend framework. (in my case I copied /var/ww/html/zend-framework/library/Zend ).

That’s all, we have created a sample project in Zend framework. We can test it using browsing the Public folder in the new project

http://localhost/ test/zendtest/public/
